For the full body depending on the areas of focus, usually, when there are no contraindications, the position of lying on the stomach will be first to start with. The legs will be slightly lifted by a wedge inserted specifically under the ankles. Your head will be placed in the headrest and your hands along your body. Moving to the front when required, you will need to reposition and lie on your back instead.
The massage utilises techniques of both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. Effleurage, Petrissage, Friction, Tapotement, and Vibration, will be applied to facilitate relief of muscle pains and tension and joint stiffness.

The massage of the lower limbs improves circulation, strengthens leg muscles weakened after rehabilitation or injury, and also helps drain lymph in the case of stasis and swelling.
